Joel and Jennifer were great hosts! They were very communicative throughout the entire time and made the rental process very easy. The car was clean and had no smells when we received the vehicle. Great experience with this Toyota Sienna. The van was super clean, had excellent gas mileage (honestly unbeatable), and pickup and drop-off were very easy. Host communication was good and made everything smooth. The extras like car seats were incredibly helpful for traveling with little kids. We really enjoyed it and would absolutely rent again on our next trip.
