This was my first experience using Turo, and I don't think it could've have been better! James was communicative and clear. Pickup and return were easy, and the car functioned perfectly throughout our rental. We didn't get a chance to fill up the gas prior to our returning the car, and James reached out promptly to inform us of the extra charges (consistent with rental terms).

Only downside is key fob didn’t work, which required us to use the key every time to unlock/lock the door
