We had an amazing time in HI with having Surfer’s vehicle.
Responses were prompt and detailed! I had a few duh moments through app but Surfer was super kind and patient to help ensure our experience was amazing.
Pick up is very easy and for drop off we actually intercepted Surfer in person and he absolutely was engaging.
He provided a very good short video on drop off (airport has a bit of mismatch directions) so having an actual video where to go made the process smooth

Everything was super convenient, from location pick and drop off to car seats of all sizes Communication was excellent.

Car was perfect for getting around! Communication was super easy. And Surfer was very detailed with pick up and drop off instructions which helped a lot since we had two kids with us. Two car seats fit with plenty of room for the four adults. We even got to rent a surfboard from him! Would definitely rent from him again.

The car is what my family needed. It’s clean and spacious. We appreciated the rubber mat that was in the car. It was easy to pull out and dust it off. Pick up was super easy with clear instructions on how to get to the parking garage. And the host was super accommodating, helpful and friendly. 5 overall… Thank you and we’ll see you again soon..
