Mahalo for checking out our minivan! The Toyota Sienna is very spacious with 8 seats and plenty of room for your luggage (6 large suitcases or 8 carry-on bags will fit in the back of the van). This van is in great condition with limited wear and tear. The vehicle is mechanically sound and the AC blows cold. The Sienna's 3rd row stows and allows you to quickly fold away the 3rd-row seats into the floor if extra space is needed. This is a reliable vehicle perfect for getting your family or friends around the island. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! - Although we love our fur babies, no pets, please. - Smoking/Vaping is not allowed and cleaning fees will be assessed up to $250 and is considered a Turo policy violation. - Unauthorized drivers will void insurance policies for both the renter and host. Up to 8 drivers can be registered free of charge but Turo must approve the request prior to the additional driver operating the vehicle. They must be attached to your reservation and approved before they are permitted to drive. - The van will be cleaned and vacuumed when you receive it. Turo's cleaning policy states that although you are not expected to have the van cleaned before you return it, returning the van with excessive dirt, mud, or sand is now considered a "cleaning violation" which is treated more severely. (up to $150 fine + 3% processing fee) So enjoy your time on the island, hike and go to the beach, but try to leave as much of the dirt/mud or sand out of the van. -Do not leave valuable in the van unattended. -Vehicles returned late, gas tank not full, or the van is excessively dirty are now considered "policy violations" Turo has full discretion to remove you from Turo. ***Please communicate with me to avoid any negative actions by Turo*** -When you book your reservation, please tell me the number of people in your group. We are not allowed to leave our vehicles at the airport. If you have 7 people or less, we can all fit in the van and it will be a quick up. If you have 8, then additional planning will be needed.
