Ac didn’t work and host couldn’t exchange the ar for a different and didn’t get back to me with a fix for the ac issue

Vehicle had expired tags. The AC blue hot air and did not work you and blew hot air in the middle of the summer. I had to pay $30 to get out of the parking. There was no gas. Never rent from this person.

The vehicle we rent is perfect for our family use, we were able to get around the island in a relaxing journey. We would not be able to enjoy our vacation if we were taking public transport due to traffic, and Uber with it will cost us more. Mahalo, I found this Mercedes Benz Metris, reasonable priced, spacious and relaxing to travel. My family and I had a great time.
There's only one thing that worried me during our travel, the right turn lights is malfunctioning, not permanent but comes and goes. I hope they will fixed this issue, other than that to this vehicle is great for family or big group.
I would recommend this site (TURO) to my friends when they travel to Hawaii.
Mahalo and don't stop providing good service.
