Front driver headlight was out. I messaged host on 2nd day and didn’t get a response. Other than that, the car was perfect for our family for the week.

Vehicle was fine at pick up then developed a significant oil leak in the first 48 hours. . Car was towed away and we booked another van but had to drive 1 hour to pick it up or pay to have it delivered so we canceled and they charged 50$ to cancel!!!! Not happy about that. Wasn’t our fault and I’ll be contacting my credit card company.

Car was nice and roomy fit our needs. We advised the host of an oil leak in where I needed to top off the engine with oil. Host responded immediately. Would like to be reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses tho. First time using Turo over good experience very detailed directions
