Overall, the experience was okay, and the host provided clear pickup and drop-off instructions, which were helpful.
However, the car did not match the condition shown in the listing photos. The interior and exterior were noticeably dirtier than expected. Although it had been cleaned, the interior still had an unpleasant smell. The exterior also had several paint patches and signs of wear.
Mechanically, the car could use some maintenance. The steering wheel shook noticeably at around 40–60 mph, suggesting a possible wheel alignment or balancing issue. We also had to add air to one of the tires after a couple of days, and the tires were quite worn, which reduced confidence while driving. Additionally, the USB-C charging port did not work.
For pickup and drop-off, be aware that if you’re arriving at Terminal 3, the International Garage is a fairly long walk, especially if you’re traveling with kids or heavy luggage. The host’s instructions were clear and made the process easier, but the location can still be inconvenient.
Overall, the trip went fine, but the vehicle would benefit from a thorough cleaning and some maintenance to better match the expectations set by the listing.
