There was an issue with our booking, but that was on us. We had to cancel and rebook, and the Turo customer service agent made our start time later than what it was. I didn’t realize it until we arrived at the airport. Despite the issues, the hosts have been super accommodating, we’re truly grateful for them.
The price for the van was fair due to some cosmetic issues. Some scratches/dents on the exterior, and some stains on the interior seats, but that didn’t bother us. The van ran perfectly fine, and the A/C was cold, which is all that mattered to us.
