Antoine was so communicative and helpful! He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off. He provided me a charger cord and blanket to ensure my belonging stayed safe and covered while my family was out on activities and excursions. Such an amazing trip and I will book again with him.

Antoine was friendly, easy to communicate with, and pickup/drop-off was quick and easy.

The vehicle was clean but had several issues that made driving the vehicle very inconvenient and frustrating. Antoine was upfront about the lock issue upon pickup, but I did not fully realize what a pain it would be until I got home. The key fob buttons did not work so you could only unlock the driver door manually. To unlock all doors, you had to fully turn the vehicle on. You're unable to lock all doors with the power lock button. You need to manually lock each door before leaving the vehicle. I found this most frustrating when driving with a car full of young kids and much older adults. Especially when it was raining all week. Another issue discovered after driving off was a flashing green D on the dash. I was told it was a sensor issue and that it would not be a problem. Ok, but I did notice that I could not drive speeds higher than 55mph uphill or the vehicle, seemingly the transmission, would jerk until speed was decreased. Not a problem on most roads on Oahu until you're driving H3 which was pretty frequent for me living in Kaneohe. A third quirk was that the turn signal lever was tricky. It would take more force or need to be held to engage signal until the turn was complete. The trunk door was difficult to open. Having to go back and forth turning the car on and pressing the driver unblock button several times before bring able to pry it open.
Overall the vehicle was functional but not what I was expecting. Having known what I now know, I would not have rented this vehicle. It was a last minute booking that was priced within my budget.
