I found so many bugs inside of this car and also I left my handicap placard in the vehicle and tried to contact the renter. He replied a day later and stated that he had the placard and would mail it back to me for a fee of $50 plus shipping. This is an outrageous charge, but I agreed to the amount. Because I need my handicap placard and now he has failed to respond to me about my request. Not good business practice in my opinion
