Everything on this trip went well. The pick up was easy to get to. He left perfect instructions and directions. The car had some rear bumper damage, but it did not affect the handling of the car. Return was simple and easy. I was able to drop off the rest of my party and still get to my plane on time. If I’m in Hawaii, I would rent from him again.

We had some unexpected car issues, and within minutes, Josue was on his way to help us. He offered reimbursement, provided us with a very nice replacement vehicle, and even went above and beyond by driving my family and all of our luggage to the airport. He helped guide us through the airport as well, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Josue!
