This is the first time we’ve used Turo. I’m not going to lie, we were questioning our choice to use this company because of the rocky start we had. Matt is amazing, he was at the airport when we picked up our vehicle and we had a good visit with him. Unfortunately, the initial vehicle had mechanical issues and he made it right immediately. He was in constant communication with us and very informative. We were able to swap out our vehicle for a different one in less than 12 hours. Matt is a great host and so kind

great rental and easy process! loved it and was so convenient as a last minute thing!!! the drivers window did stop working and wouldn’t roll up all the way, it left about a 1/2 inch opening and wouldn’t go up past that, otherwise great rental and host was very nice!
