Car was good but difficulty in some of the details with the owner.
I gave a 5 star rating based on the van being returned clean. However, couple days after they picked up the van the guest texted me that their children made them aware of a rip on one of the leather seat and a broken air vent. I mentioned that I, myself do the cleaning and was certain that there was no rip or broken vents, and sent them pictures of the area they described. Shortly after they confirmed the the rip was an open zipper (obviously done by one of their children) and vent was no broken

Pick up and drop off location was confusing. Entered through the gate that the drop off location took me to and got charged a fee.
