We were out here for a family member’s funeral, and it served its purpose, but the air conditioning was not the best. Mike was very helpful as we were scrambling a little on this trip. Thanks

We take pride in maintaining our vehicles and especially our AC systems! I don’t think we have ever heard this complaint before and think that the guest may have hit the AC button by mistake, turning the AC off. They did not alert us to any issues during their trip. If they told us, we could’ve addressed the issue. We checked the AC after this trip and the AC feels Ice cold to us.
