Van was great fit for 7 drove well until the back driver's side tire started to fall apart. The rubber started separating from itself. TURO was no help. I was on phone with them in a different country not the USA for 2 hours. No help was sent. Found the nearest tireshop near Aulani Resort in HI to replace tire. The Turo person told me to place the damaged tire in the back. This van did not carry a spare tire/dougnut to change out tire. Lost 4 hours of my vacation and at the end of the day I had to pay and resolve the issue myself. I paid extra for the TURO insurance and it did not cover the tire. According to the tire shop the alignment was off causing the unusual ware. The entire inside face edge of the tire was worn out. This app did not have anywhere I could upload video to show how catastrophic the tire fail had become. It could not be seen from the outside upon initial inspection of the van. Lucky we never lost air or it could have exploded while driving with family and friends.
