This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! When I received the minivan it was disgusting. There was no way this van was cleaned after the last guest. It had drinks that had spilled in all cup holders, there was sand everywhere. The seats are in horrible condition with holes in the cushions. There was significant silver spray paint overspray on the driver seat and behind it. The most important part is the third row right seatbelt is not operational. When trying to figure something out with the host he just said then cancel. He simply did not care! I had to basically fight with Turo to ensure I was able to get a new car. It was not easy to do and was more expensive and I had to pay. Highly recommend to find a different host.
I wish I could say different but how do you take pictures of scratches on floor mats in some ridiculous attempt to get a discount in peak rental season? Mary rated our 5 star van by every other guest at 1 star solely to get a discount in July 4th week in Hawaii. Usually this ridiculousness is reserved for off season but seriously, silver spray paint? What are you even talking about

Everything went great, but one of the seatbelts in the back seat is broken. The host didn’t mention it, so we weren’t aware of the issue. Just wanted to give you a heads-up. Other than that, everything else has been great.
