Vehicle broke down on our third day. Took all day but eventually we got a replacement. Lost a day of our vacation plans. Host did not respond when the vehicle broke down.
My apology for the inconvenient. As I stated, I was in flight when you and turo contacted me. I have worked with turo regarding to the issue and contacted you as soon as I landed.
