We came in at a crazy time/week the storms were going. The car was excellent and where it was supposed to be. Communication was awesome. No problems with the car or host. My only issue is the car seats. Please get new ones they seemed a bit on the old side. And didn’t seem as secure and they should be.

Amazing! The sienna was in good shape and worked great for our needs. Thanh was fantastic and friendly and accommodated a different pick up location for us which made the pickup process significantly easier. Everything was easy and hassle free
