Everything was great! Had a little problem with the lockbox but host was quick to respond and help. The car was smooth and comfortable for 6 people, 6 suitcases and a road trip. Definitely recommend the Honda Odyssey for a road trip with lots of people and luggage. Definitely recommend the host for fast communication and ease of pick up/drop off
Everything was amazing. We used this car as my wife’s son was graduating so we had up to 6 people at a time in the car. It was very roomy, and drove very well. Leo was very responsive and helpful. Would rent from pristine again!!

The Chrystler runs very well, EXCELLENT host response! Adam went above & beyond for us & we will absolutely be renting from him in the future. Clear & quick pickup instructions. 5 adults, 2 teens fit comfortable in the van. Has an option for 8 seats but middle can be removed to have captian chairs which was very helpful. 2 enterainment screens and a hitch!

Everything was 5 stars (cleanliness, price, communication, car was exactly where they said it would be, etc.), however be aware the car is very stripped down. Not necessarily a bad thing, we laughed when we got in it (it even has an antenna!), but we actually checked the manual to make sure it was really a 2020 (it is). There is a USB port, but we weren't able to connect or charge our iPhones through it. There was a cigarette port so you could bring one of those chargers. A very big plus was they supplied us with two carseats during our trip, it was a huge relief not to have to travel with those. Overall, I would rent again.
