Car had engine problems that left me scrambling to find alternate transport in the middle of my trip with 3 children. There was also an overpowering smell of incense in the van. The host was responsive and helpful.

I'm sorry for your experience. You know i always was responsive and wanted you to be happy with your experience renting a vehicle. You said,you had some issues while driving and wanted to check the car at mechanic, i agreed that.Mechanics replied there is no issue with engine, you could continue your trip,but you didnt.
It brakes my heart you stayed unsatisfied and left me negative review as well.

Perfect. This car was just what we needed and pick up and drop off were seamless. The car was clean and ran perfectly and the host communicated well and provided everything that we needed.

We had taken the van on an out of state trip with 8 people and minimal luggage. The seats were pretty comfortable though a bit cramped, but manageable. There was a bit of an issue, but the host was kind and responsive throughout the ordeal and reimbursed us for any money spent on the van maintenance. Overall it was a good choice and ride! Would recommend.
