Pickup was okay. no issues.
For the most part, the vehicle performed up to expectations. with the exception of the USB connection, which is not properly functioning at times.
The drop-off mapping directions took us to the airport's mailing address, not the Economy lot, so we were an hour late for our flight.
Our host lied and said we didn't fill vehicle up, which we absolutely did, and then he threatened a poor review if we didn't pay the extortion amount. I reported this to Turo and was refunded. A inquiry into his questionable behavior is ongoing. Be warned.
Completely wrong information. I advised the guest that there was damage to the back of the vehicle from a previous trip but everything still worked perfectly. GPS issues have nothing to do with me. Guest failed to mention that they requested to keep vehicle longer and when they found out it would cost more money they refused to edit the trip but still kept the vehicle longer. I produced photos showing the vehicle had a full tank of gas at drop but guest still disputed.
