Van was fantastic. Communication was clear. Drop off and pick up made very easy. Definitely recommend these folks for your next car need!

Decent car and very friendly owners. They were responsive thru out the rental period. I need to point out thou that the car had lingering odor of previous renters smoking in it which despite best efforts to get rid of was quite palpable with window rolled up. Other than that I had no issues
We had detailing company do a thorough professional deep clean following this feedback. There is no longer any lingering odor. It has been neutralized.

The car smelt as if someone used to smoke in it and the scent was tried to be hidden with perfume or some other sort of strong scent to mask the smoke which honestly, just made it worse.
The guest prior to you smoked inside and we did everything possible as quickly as possible to neutralize. It is more difficult to air out in the rainy season. It took some time, but now, there is no longer any kind of smell. We apologize for the inconvenience.
