Seth was fantastic. He not only answered every question I had before pickup, he was just as quick whenever something came up during the trip. This was my first time ever driving a Tesla, and there is a learning curve with the interface. What made a huge difference was the Starlink Seth includes for free. I used the built-in AI for route planning, questions along the way, and finding settings I couldn’t locate quickly. The best part of the rental was Full Self-Driving. In five days I almost never touched the wheel. I only took over to make a small correction or pull into a different parking spot. From start to stop I used FSD, and it was easy, simple, and very responsive. It actually made me want to buy a Tesla. Supercharging was just as straightforward. Seth set up a guest account on the car. You plug in, it charges, and he sends the total afterward for reimbursement. That was a big plus with gas prices as high as they were. Tip: if you charge before 9 a.m., a lot of locations are about half price. I’m sure I saved a lot compared with a gas vehicle. Next time I’m in Salt Lake, I hope this rental is available.
It’s my best Turo experience. Kenn is so helpful. It’s my first time Tesla rental, I knew nothing about Tesla before Kenn paid 30 minutes teaching me everything about Tesla. Big thanks to Kenn! The vehicle is also awesome. The seat is so comfortable during the long trip to Yellowstone. FSD works during the whole trip and I don’t have to worry about driving during nights. Cybertruck is so cool. I’ll definitely recommend everyone to try Kenn’s Cybertruck. The whole experience is awesome!

Awesome car! Well taken care of, FSD was awesome, host provided app access which is a must have on a Tesla. Got a flat tire on the second to last day and the host handled it perfectly and was very communicative throughout. Was back on the road in a few hours and was able to finish the trip out without issue. Would totally rent from him again without concern!
Kenn is a very nice host! Always patient and responsive. And the Tesla with FSD is killing!! We drove to Yellowstone and save us a great deal of energy. If I come to visit SLC again, I will definitely rent car from Kenn again.
