5 Stars! Highly recommend Daniel and the Nova Rentals team. Before my trip, we discovered an issue with one of the rear seats not folding down, but Daniel handled it like a pro. He proactively offered to cover all Supercharging costs as a compromise, which was a fantastic trade-off that saved me a lot of money! Even though their policy only provides a physical key card instead of Tesla App access, the compensation more than made up for it. There was a slight delay at pickup which caused extra parking fees, but Daniel responsibly agreed to reimburse that as well. Great communication, excellent problem-solving, and top-tier service. Will definitely book again!

The car was super clean and exactly as described. The host was very professional and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The vehicle is fully loaded — the massage seats and rear entertainment screens were a huge plus, especially for long trips with kids. The starlight headliner is absolutely amazing in person and really adds a luxury touch. Highly recommend!
Everything was very easy from pick up to drop off. We loved driving and riding in the Tesla. I loved the feel of a sunroof without the wind. Also the self driving was an experience it gave me a few extra seconds to take in the scenery. Definitely would book again

Absolutely amazing vehicle! The car was beautiful and definitely a neck-breaker—people were constantly checking it out. It drove incredibly smooth and was a pleasure to ride in. One of my favorite parts was opening the sunroof and enjoying the California sunshine while cruising around. It was also surprisingly great on gas, which made the trip even better. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I would highly recommend renting this car to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable experience.
