I was disappointed by several of the large rental companies that had no cars even with my reservation being booked 2 weeks in advance.
Gave a tour of the car and showed the different settings of the car; which was important for me as a new tesla driver.
It was great. Desmond communicated and was very accommodating. Everything was ready and the car was spotless. I was able to experience the full self driving and it was amazing. Kevin was very nice and understandable, and also provided us with a clean car ready to go from the beginning of the trip. Kevin also provided resources for us to use such as perfume and an umbrella and phone holder in the vehicle. I will be renting from Kevin the next time I need a car!
Edward was an amazing host from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout the entirety of the trip. Was early on arrival when receiving the vehicle, and also on time with vehicle drop off. Very professional, and I highly recommend. The vehicle on the hand was everything I expected! This was really good trip. The car is all you need for the safe and good trip. My family and I enjoyed it. Because our own SUV is a small one, we decided to rent big one.
