THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! My trip home started rocky. Losing my dad unexpectedly we had to change plans which resulted in my original Turo being a nightmare. Mr. Richard beyond accommodating and might I add a true sweetheart!!! He met me at the airport was such a gentleman AT THAT! Communicated with me an also offered his condolences. In no way were we prepared to do a funeral during the holidays but I must say transportation was the least of my worries! Whenever I come back home I will definitely be renting through him again and ONLY him if available
