Edgar was fantastic, very quick to respond and reasonable. Even helped me out last minute when my ride from the drop off spot cancelled on me.
The car itself was very clean, ran smoothly and was pretty fun to drive. Everything went as smooth as possible and would definitely recommend to anyone needing to rent a fun casual car

Fraud alert! Very disappointing experience from beginning to end. The car was dusty and dirty inside. Stains on most of the seats, broken trunk bed and upper platform. Not ideal to dig for your belongings in between the spare tire cavities. The exterior was no better. The tank had about ONE gallon of fuel when I picked it up. I returned the car with the tank half full bc I had sympathy for the host bc he left on a scooter and the condition of his car. It was a last minute booking for 2 weeks and I wasn't planning on driving it much. He made it sound like he was meeting me when I returned the car. I waited half an hour with my ride before he had the courtesy to let me know to leave it unattended. I originally considered giving him a 3 star review bc of the entire experience. I discovered I was charged $9 CRZ for Manhattan on 3 separate occasions with his ezpass. Sounds like the host has more than one transponder registered to one account. Not an issue if he kept the billing transactions honest. The car was parked in NJ during 2 of those days. I was volunteering on a farm and never left on my volunteering days. I was in Baltimore, Maryland from 8/6-8/8 but somehow I incurred another $9 CRZ Manhattan fee on 8/7. If you're willing to rent from this host, expect a fishy and undesirable experience.

Now let me inform you , We never rent dirty or broken vehicles so you don't need to lie about the vehicle. Ok, the only problem you had was the ezpazz thing because we send a invoice by mistake but it was immediately reviewed and we canceled it. So I don't understand why make this drama , our only mission is to make our customers safe and happy. Have a great day
