Awesome car i had issues with the airport and had to change my flight a couple times. Worked with me through it and was very understanding!

Something to consider - The cigarette lighter doesn’t work and the USB port barely charge my iPhone 15 Pro Max at all.

Car was as described, drove well. Pick up location was easy to find. Only issue is with the host regarding the parking fee during pick up. The host parked in airport garage over 48 hours before our trip began, so I had to pay more than 2 days worth of airport parking on the way out. It was over 5x the cost that was reimbursed to us. Host was completely unhelpful. Turo support was eventually able to credit us the remaining cost. Just weird to leave your unlocked car at an airport for days knowing that cost will fall on the renter.

There appears to be a discrepancy. Our records show you were charged $20, while the daily parking rate is $45. Although, we offer complimentary airport delivery to better accommodate our guests and provide added convenience, we still apologized and offered to reimburse you in response to your concerns. We appreciate your feedback and once again we apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication.
