Pickup and drop off super easy, easy to extend and communicative. Good for point A to B, and ok on gas!

The pick up was easy the car was nice until the check engine light came on and then I cut my trip short because I was afraid the engine would over heat I contacted owner and they told me not to worry I said I wasn’t comfortable as I proceeded to drop off location the car cut off I asked for a discount because I had to cut my trip short and then they stated she didn’t have a way to discount. Then later on I got another message saying the mechanic couldn’t figure out why it cut off so she refused to discount me but would take care of the tolls of 10$ really. The thing that really made me scratch my head they knew about the engine light being activated and you would still rent the car out be careful out here that’s dangerous.

I'm sorry about your concern with the check engine light. There were no issues with past trips, so we believed the problem had been fixed. Although the light came up for your trip, you were informed immediately that the issue would only affect fuel efficiency, and that driving was still safe.
We did our best to find the issue after, and although we didn't, we still gave you the highest discount we could.

The car wasn’t cleaned it needed maintenance it had several service lights on and the engine did this weird misfire thing that made me think the car would shut off on me. The paper tags on the back got wet ripped and snugged it was almost unreadable and could have gotten me in trouble. I even had to pay with my own money to fix 2 of the three warning lights on the dash just to make sure I made it back home. If the car is serviced next time it would probably be a decent car. But my experience with it was not good at all.

While the car was brought in for maintenance briefly before your trip, I do understand that for an extended road-trip, there may have been some problems from not taking a deeper look. Rest assured, the car was taken in for maintenance the day it was brought back to look into any underlying issues. I also apologize for your issues with the temp-tag, the weather had certainly taken its toll and it will be replaced. Thanks for your feedback!
