Smooth pickup/return and the car drove really well. Overall a good trip. Just note there was a noticeable lingering odor inside and a strong air freshener, which may bother sensitive passengers.

Car broke down last minute a bit later in the afternoon and we had to work out of town the next few days. Samuel was super responsive and even came out in the cold at night to give me a run down on the car (never drove an electric or a Tesla!) Was super cool to experience how it worked and happy to know something like this is available when needed!!
