Host communication was fantastic. Car was easy to find to pick up; drop off in the same locale was easy as well. There was dog hair in the floor mats in the backseat I vacuumed up before putting my toddler’s seat in the car. Neither of us are allergic, thankfully. Cat hair would have been a different story. Car handled well. Due to age, it doesn’t take off well if you need to accelerate quickly. Gas mileage is great. Would definitely rent from João again in the future.
