Honestly, this was probably the worst trip I’ve ever had on Turo. There were way too many people attached to this account, and the entire experience felt disorganized from beginning to end.
When I first arrived to pick up the car, the instructions said to call for access to the vehicle. I called over five times with no answer and had to wait outside for quite a while before finally getting access to the car. That was just the beginning of the issues.
Once I got inside, the car was not clean. It wasn’t completely filthy, but it was definitely dirty and not properly prepared for a guest. The listing also failed to mention that the windshield had a crack in it. Had I known that beforehand, I never would’ve booked this vehicle. That may not bother everyone, but it’s personally not something I’m comfortable with.
One of the co-hosts, Kishan, was also dishonest regarding the parking situation. The car had clearly been parked in the lot well before my trip start time, which caused me to be responsible for parking charges that should not have been mine to pay. When I brought this up, Kishan told me not to worry and assured me that Turo would automatically refund me as long as I took a photo of the receipt and submitted it at the end of the trip.
After the trip ended, Turo informed me that they would not be refunding me. I reached back out to Kishan exactly like he instructed me to do, gave him the entire day to respond, and he completely ghosted me. No response, no accountability. Turo even attempted to contact him multiple times with no answer.
Toward the end of the trip, I realized I accidentally still had their key card in my pocket after getting through TSA. I called the host immediately and Deeo (the host) did respond quickly and provided me with a solution immediately, he told me to just ship it back. As soon as my plane landed, I immediately went to the post office, paid extra to expedite the shipment, and returned it the very next day. I apologized several times and made every effort to correct my mistake, yet nobody acknowledged or appreciated the effort I made.
Something positive I can say is that Deep, the main host, was responsive and helpful at times, and I do appreciate that. However, overall, the hospitality and professionalism from this team was extremely disappointing. I value accountability, communication, and customer service. I was apologetic anytime something was on my end, but despite that, not one person on their team showed any empathy or understanding throughout this experience.
I even explained that I was unfamiliar with the airport parking setup and had difficulty finding the exact lot they wanted the vehicle returned to, but again, nobody seemed to care.
Overall, this was a 1/10 experience for me. I’m honestly just happy the trip is over, and I will never book with them again.

Hello,
I would like to formally report a serious concern regarding this reservation.
I paid for a 30-day rental, but I returned the vehicle 8 days earlier and did not receive any refund or proper adjustment at the time.
In addition, the vehicle was delivered:
• Without a front license plate
• Without the registration displayed on the windshield
• Without inspection displayed
I did not feel safe driving a vehicle in this condition, which is one of the reasons I returned it early.
I also paid all toll charges and Tesla charging fees as requested.
Despite this, I was charged a total amount close to $2,864, while my own calculation based on the actual usage was approximately $1,648. This difference is unacceptable to me and I feel financially harmed by this situation.
I am extremely dissatisfied and would like this complaint formally recorded.
I request a detailed breakdown of the charges, confirmation that the final balance is accurate, and a review of whether a refund or adjustment is applicable.
