Are we pet friendly?
Yes. 🧼Cleanliness: We always sanitize and make sure the vehicle is clean before the start of any trip. We expect the same from you, all our vehicles are pet friendly, but they must be returned free of pet hair. Do we allow smoking inside the vehicle?
No. 🚭Smoking: Because we want to ensure everybody stays safe and enjoys their ride. No Smoking is allowed in the vehicle at any time during the trip. Do we allow early returns?
🚗Refunds: Because we understand that plans can change, we allow you to return the vehicle as early as needed. Since your reservation blocks our vehicles from other bookings, we have to establish a fair refund policy. We will only accept a "change" modification to your reservation yielding a 50% refund of your trip with the percentage rounding down to whole days. For example if you book a trip with us for (5) days, we will only accept a "change" modification to your reservation yielding a (2) full days refund. You may still return your vehicle as early as needed but please bear in mind our refund policy. Calculation example: 5 days trip X .50 = 2.5 days, rounds down to 2 days refund
