PETER WAS PERSONALLY CALLED AS SOON AS HE BOOKED MY TRUCK THAT A PREVIOUS DRIVER HAD A MINOR ACCIDENT ON THE RATE GATE MAKING IT LOOSE AND IT HAD NOT YET BEEN FIXED. HE STILL ELECTED TO KEEP HIS RESERVATION. HE NEVER EVEN CALLED TO CHECK IN FOR ANY HELP TO REMEDY CERTAIN SITUATIONS. VERY POOR FORM AS A GUEST. THE TRUCK HAS SINCE BEEN FIXED AND IS GOOD AS NEW.
Milos could not have been a better host, and his Bronco was such a quality car! We had the most special experience cruising Sunset Blvd & PCH and will definitely be renting again in the future.
The truck is well taken care of, Milos was great at communication, and the overall process was simple & easy. Highly recommend booking if you want a memorable & unique experience :)
