This was my first time using Turo. The whole experience was amazing. Michael was very friendly and communication was great! The convertible was great for the sunny days on GTTSR and seeing all the views! Would highly recommend!

I feel terrible about not being able to honor Wade's request! My car had been dropped off at the airport by my previous guest and I was out of town and unable to pick up the car prior to the reservation request. The request came in less than 12 hours before the planned pickup so I declined/cancelled as soon as I received the request when I realized I had no way to get the car from the airport. It was an oversight on my end to not make the car unavailable in Turo for the 1-day rental period.
