Great service, smooth ride, the only thing was the car had a strong smell, too much fragrance to cover up another smell.

The car was clean inside and smelled great. It was helpful for what I needed it for.
The functionality was questionable. Between 45-50MPH and 75-80MPH the vehicle rumbles so bad it feels like the wheel may fall off. I am going to give this feedback to the owner but it was from the second I picked up the vehicle all the way through the trip.
The only other complaint is that the cell service where the vehicle is picked up and dropped off is terrible. I had the worst time picking up and dropping off. It took forever.

Thank you for your feedback, Stephanie. Routine service was done on the vehicle 2 days prior to your trip and no issues were found. We’ve found that drivers who have this issue drive in low gear (L) , the car should be in drive (D).
Great car, convenient pick up, clean from the outside in. And even better price! This host knows what theyre doing. Definitely will rent again.
