Communication, pick up, and drop off was all super seamless and easy. The car drove great and got great mpg for my drive up north. Overall the experience was great. My only complaint is that there was a very noticeable smoke smell in the car. It subsided once the ac came on but was very intense when first getting in the car. I know smoke is hard to get out but it definitely needed a deodorizing. Otherwise, all great!
