My absolute favorite person to rent from! The cars are in excellent condition

The car’s engine light kept coming on and off as well as the brakes were HORRIBLE. The host said we could switch it out and then asked me to go get it fixed.

Thank you for your feedback.
I’m sorry the vehicle did not meet your expectations. When you contacted me about the concerns, I offered to switch you into another vehicle. I did not ask you to have the vehicle repaired or to get it fixed yourself. I take maintenance and safety seriously, and the vehicle was inspected and serviced after the trip. I appreciate the feedback and always work to address any concerns as quickly as possible.
Fantastic experience and host
