This car was fantastic. Very clean, easy to drive, and great on gas. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Pick up and drop off was extremely easy and quick. Would definitely recommend and would rent again!

The car kept jerking every time we increased the speed past 35 miles per hour. It felt unsafe and all others cars bypassed us as had to keep the hazard signal on all the way to the hotel. We never left afterwards because of the car jerking and stopping along the way on the rod. Horrible experience!
It was a horrible experience all around. Unfortunately the customer had this complaint about my first 2026 corolla. With this car having only about 500 miles, engine issues were not the problem. We were quick to accommodate and switch him to another vehicle and the complaint persisted. After submitting video footage I realized he was driving in low. Both brand new cars were driven away, perfectly, with no engine issues. Sometimes we have to look within when an experience happens twice in a row.
