As an essentially new car with under 6500 miles at the end of my trip, it is still in perfect condition, so there is not much else I can really say.
Pickup and drop-off were easy and convenient right at the open parking lot across the street from the airport. Before the trip started, Eric was clear in his messages about his expectations with our use of this car, and his drop-off instructions made preparing it for drop-off easy.

Nice car in great condition. Communication, pickup/drop off went smoothly. Only issue is that Eric’s team placed the vehicle in airport parking 23.5 hours before the rental start time, which added significantly to my cost, so while the rental cost did not indicate a fee for airport pickup, OGG charges $24 for a 24 period. When I asked Eric, he said this is standard procedure.

You mentioned "your" frustration with the parking cost ($29) expecting parking to be less. I said I'm happy to send you the extra $5 cost you paid for parking.

The vehicle was parked in a convenient location at the OGG Airport, which made pickup and drop-off smooth! The car was clean, good on gas, and great to us throughout our visit in Maui.
