The location was easy to find. Car drove quite well. And good gas mileage. Unfortunately upon pick up the car didn’t look like the photo. All the hubcaps had been removed prior to me getting the car. I was not notified of that change. Turo rules states the car must look like the pictures posted and the driver should be notified if the car changed in any way before pick up. I was not notified of that change of the hubcaps ahead of time. The host said he would replace the hubcaps at a later time that day but unfortunately was on my way up north and would not be unable to do that. I asked to get into another car since the car I had gotten did not resemble the photos that were listed. The option I was given was to return the car that day for a refund. I ended up driving the Ford focus because that was my only option due to my time restraint and I didn’t have time to get another car. Overall I felt the host could have been more understanding. The focus was a good driving car but with the missing hubcaps, and it not looking like the listing photos it was a let down , it was just not aesthetically pleasing to look at…
