The actual car was clean, reliable, and safe. However, if you request airport delivery and drop off they charge you $85 plus $60 (charged by the parking facility). Empire rental does not tell you about the second charge of $60 so you are surprised by the extra fee. If they told you upfront it would be better so you can make the choice for yourself.
