Everything about my trip was absolutely wonderful and the manager start to the minute. It ended a whole state in contact with me made it really easy for me to pick it up and drop it off. She gonna help me with.

A disappointing experience. This car was dirty, and full of ants! While driving, we found ants crawling on us. After we pulled over, we found a cracker and an empty water bottle in the backseat. But when we reached out to customer service and the host claiming an unclean car, we were met with unprofessional and uncooperative behavior. To be straight to the point, they refused to believe us! This was by far the worst and disrespectful customer service experience. Despite providing clear photos for proof, we were told it was insufficient evidence and were not believed as the customers. Additionally, the host was extremely defensive about his car. He stated that he did clean the car and tested the car the morning of, yet we still found the cracker, water bottle, and ants in the car. What to do then? While we appreciate the work he does for his cars, refusing to believe a customer’s genuine claims was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. In the end, we made do with the car (ants and all), but at that point it wasn’t even about the car anymore. It was the genuine lack of care and respect for this host’s customers that upset us the most. We understand that hosting is a business and you want great reviews from many customers, but to the extent of silencing customers’s concerns is concerning. Overall, putting the customer on the defense, refusing to believe them, and forcing them to use a car they don’t feel entirely comfortable in is beyond unacceptable.
Hi, we’ve seen enough customers attempt to game the refund system from turo. We did a deep clean of the vehicle removing all mats, scrubbed down all the seats, dash etc.
We went to the vehicle twice also to ensure we checked the mechanical elements as well making sure our vehicle was ready to go.
Even in your post trip photos, the car looked perfect. Sorry we couldn’t give you a free car for the day.

The Bluetooth was pretty hard to figure out and the car was suuuuuper shaky at times but once you’re driving it for a while the shaking stops. Idk it wasn’t enough for me to cancel or leave a bad review tho. I actually extended my trip for an extra like 5 days, and the only reason I didn’t extend longer was because someone had books the days that I wanted for an extension ,so.. Adrian was awesome and quick with responses. I’d def drive this car again (:
