The car had a foul odor when I picked it up. I also had a tire pop on the way home that I believe was an issue of the tires already being low on the tread only because the owner mentioned “it just had an oil change and the tires have xx left on them so they should be good.” It was disappointing spending $600 all together on this. Otherwise the car and owner were fine.
So sorry to hear you did not like the Scent in the vehicle. Unfortunately, that came from the previous customer. The vehicle had been disinfected, but there’s only so much we can do about perfume/cologne. Also, I’m sorry about the tire situation. The tires are well within specifications based on our third-party mechanic, checking everything out. Sometimes things happen out of our control. I hope you have a better day!

Was charged for 30 mins after but I was there 10 mins after
The guest was never charged for a late return. All 3 parties have the receipt for it. This is being investigated by Turo.
