Just don't rent this car. From the very beginning of the trip, they weren't giving me the directions I'm a clear and timely manner and the gas tank wasn't even full. Once I got past this, literally only a day into the trip, one of the old tires gave out and I had to have someone switch it out for their spare. I understand that things happen but when I contacted them about this, they were basically trying to deny there were issues with the tires and insinuate I ran over something, which the mechanic said I didn't. It was an internal hole in the wall of the tire due to it (and all the tires being old). Once I pushed back on them, then they switched their tune. I decided to just finish the trip since I didn't have extra money for another rental. However, Will not be renting from them again. Lastly, the upholstery on the seats (and really the car in general) could have been A LOT cleaner.
