This is the second time i rented with turo. I gotta say, this was one of the worst host ever. First host showed hospitality and professionalism. Always make sure he’s there when i have a question and making it stress free! But this Second host unchecked almost all the boxes of my first time experience with turo.
1. No passpike permit/which is a HUGE headache driving in OK state.
2. Unresponsive!
3. Car’s dashboard lits up as soon as i start driving 2 hrs after.
4. EXPIRED CAR TAGS. (I got pulled over for it….)
How does turo let someone rent out a car with expired tags..???!
5. Had to pay hidden fees like parking. (First owner made sure no extra expenses is on me)
I would never rent with this person again. Or Turo. Horrible experience, if you want headache FREE driving trip. Don’t rent with this guy!
This guest is new to Turo and didn’t fully understanding how Turo works. This particular vehicle has over 30 trips with great outcomes
Before the trip guest was informed there is pike pass on the car, but will be responsible for tolls at the end of their stay
2. This car registration/tags are current
Guest asked about the dashboard indicator. I informed them it’s a safety sensor. Let’s you know when others are in your blind spot
Lastly, parking was $5 which guest was reimbursed.
