Guy was late, he late me know, but it messed up my plans. Warned me the tire had issues but said after 40 mph it would stop acting up. The whole ride the car shook really bad the whole time. Would even pull to the left when driving on the freeway. Made the drive suck. If I hadn't all ready had plans that I could not change I wouldn't have keep the car. Get the tire fixed before renting again.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Due to closely scheduled back-to-back rentals, we encountered challenges delivering the vehicle on time. That said, we take full responsibility, and all noted issues will be promptly addressed to ensure a better experience moving forward.

The car ran great just need some minor front end work. But overall had a great trip with a great host as well!

Excellent trip. No issues and changing the schedule was very easy.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
