The overall trip was good. The host was very communicative and flexible. I will say the cleanliness of the vehicle was pretty disappointing. Car needs a full detail and that would bring my rating much higher.

I’m sorry, Dina, I didn’t realize the car wasn’t cleaned properly. I had just had a rental that got off at 12 o’clock the day it was coming to you at 4. I guess they must have rushed through the detail in order to get it to you. Again, I apologize.
Amazing service! Showed up on site and was extremely accommodating and friendly with great communication. Would rent again!! Also the goody-bag was an awesome touch!
