Just the inconvenience of having to come back and get another car. And didn't get the car I wanted. And give me a second car with issues. And then charged me for your mistake. That's unfair. So I got charged twice. I will never use this host again.

The car was super clean and very nice! It was my first time renting from Turo and wasn’t sure how it all worked but the owner was very helpful. Thankful to them for the drop off flexibility too! Would definitely use them again and will recommend to anyone needing a rental!
