Chris was awesome—very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire experience. The car was nice and drove well, getting me from point A to point B without any issues. The only downside was that the radio volume didn’t work, including through CarPlay, and it would be great if more features were compatible with newer iPhones. Aside from that, the trip was smooth, and I really appreciate it!
